Day 1: Arrival at Entebe International Airport and overnight at a Guest House Entebe

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and overnight

After breakfast at your hotel, our safari guide will be ready to transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey which may take up to about 8hours will have quite a few stopovers at different points for refreshments and lunch. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park houses the largest population of the world’s remaining population of the rare mountain Gorillas. On arrival, you will check into your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay (Full board basis). Day 3: Gorilla tracking at Bwindi and transfer to Bunyonyi.

about the Do’s and Don’ts of the whole gorilla experience. The rangers will set us up in groups of 8 people who will then be led trek and find one specifically allocated Gorilla family. On the trek we trace for and follow Gorilla trails and signs such as the previous night’s nesting, dung droppings, gorged-on fruits, broken bamboo shoots etc. Once we have found the Gorillas, we will have at least one hour observing them in their habitat, taking pictures and recording videos. When the time for observing the gorillas is over, we shall retreat to a nice place away from the gorillas to eat our packed lunch before exiting the forest. Day 4: Bunyonyi boat ride and transfer to Kampala/ Entebbe for departure

You will start this day with an early breakfast and proceed for a tour on the scenic Lake Bunyonyi. You will get to tour some of its 29 islands and listen to the amazing folklore about the islands. Later we shall embark on our journey back to Kampala/ Entebbe for our flight to Arusha-Tanzania. We will pass via the beautiful Kigezi highlands with beautiful terraces and also have a stopover at the Equator for lunch and photographs.
